You think this Guy is toxic? In the Last Weekend League I got an Opponent, who wasted time from the 1st Minute. Then He got a lucky pen and won the Game 1-0. I stopped playing from there. EA should start doing something about this.

People who do it are pathetic I played just the other day and the opponent scored in 11th minute and soon as he got the ball off me they kept passing it constantly from 11th minute and unfortunately the 2nd half was his kick off so I couldn't even get the ball for 89minutes of the game.

How do you not have a setting in your custom tactics to have constant pressure tactic under defending when a player plays like that? A pro like you should know that, don’t just chase the ball around for 20 minutes

Totally agree with you, the guy was 3-1 up and had 30 virtual mins left, play man, play. I've had this a few times too and it is cowardice, scared players with no sense of the game. I'm guessing they are the ones who hurt the most when they lose too. All you can do is laugh and feel sorry them.

U should have setup aggressive tactics with constant pressure from the begining...One should have utra defensive tactics when you need to close the game and one ultra high depth constant pressure tactics when you need to win the ball back when someone is wasting time....i think its half your fault you didnt have constant pressure tactics setup from the start of the match

FIFA needs a hard counter for that type of time wasting. If it’s supposed to be a simulation of a real game then it’s far from it with this type of play style . That’s not possible in a real match , defense will push up and man mark offensive. You handed it like a boss

To be honest, ovvy you didn't lose that because you weren't good enough you lost because you were statistically overpowered by his players. it sucks that that's what happens in games. you'll notice that when you play against someone who totally statistically overpowers you your players make mistakes that weren't even there. especially in tight offensive and defensive moments. GG bro, you'll get the next time. like you said, all you can do is laugh and try again❤️❤️

Quick tip for everyone. If someone is time playing and you cannot get the ball - just do a sliding tackle to any player of his team that is near you. You may get a red card, but at least you can change the tactics.

I think a simple solution could be to use a slot of your 4 custom tactics slots for an ultra-pressing set up, so that you don't even need to pause the game and can go to constant pressure with a d-pad switch.

At least this guy started from 60' I played against a guy and he started from the start of second half

Ovvy fair to the last guy if it was done in his rank up game , 4 weeks ago I lost almost 5 games in the dying minutes when I was winning comfortably because the opponents paused and applied pressure tactics I couldn’t defend against. Yes it’s boring but sometimes you have to do what you have to when the game is against you. Let’s be fair you had 57 minutes to put a lead on as well, I watch Boras and almost 80% of his wins comes in the 80th plus minutes of the matches. One love , next time take your chances to avoid rats like that. ✌️
